Providing transport to clients to their appointments or outing activities, being able to walk to places, take public transport to places and catch taxis. Assist a client if move to a new place and familiarize to a new area.
Bill Paying
Collaborate with reading and paying bill. Remembering to pay bills and being reliable with paying bills.
Cooking and Meal Planning
Preparing meals, food handling and storage, as well as planning meals and cooking recipes that clients request. Advice how to eat regularly and eating a balance diet.
Shopping
Assist clients preparing a shopping list, selecting and purchasing items in a supermarket and others shop and transporting items to their home. All the items will be delivered to your home.
Support Services
If a client has other support services such as Meals on Wheels, communicate with them to provide an appropriate service to clients. Provide moral support, referral to legal aid providers, facilitate individuals to access gym recreation activities, outing, cooking, cleaning, shopping and Allied health.
Medication and Appointments
Collecting medication from pharmacy, assist with pills, remembering to take medication and taking the correct dose and remembering to attending appointments.
Cleaning, and Laundry
Assist clients to conduct general cleaning tasks in their home, with washing clothes and putting clothes away and sort up. We will assist you with all your cleanliness needs around the house.
Personal Care
Assist with bathing, grooming and wearing clean clothes.
